Permitted Use
Individual use for analyzing your own construction project schedules
Business use within your organization for projects you own or manage
Sharing analysis reports with project stakeholders (owners, lenders, architects)
Exporting reports as PDF or CSV for internal use and stakeholder distribution
Using analysis insights to inform project decisions and contractor discussions

Violations of these terms may result in:
- Immediate termination of account access
- Legal action under U.S. copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws
- Pursuit of damages, injunctive relief, and attorney's fees
- Notification to relevant professional organizations and licensing boards

Refund Policy
At Capital Project Toolkit™ and Construction Advocacy Professionals, we stand behind the functionality and availability of our digital tools. Because the Change Order Analysis tool includes AI-assisted outputs and relies on user-submitted data, all sales are final.
No Refunds for AI Output or User Interpretation
Due to the nature of AI-enhanced tools, we do not provide refunds for:
- AI-generated analysis customers disagree with
- Results that do not meet a user's expectations
- User input errors
- Misinterpretation of data or recommendations
- Changes in customer needs after purchase
You acknowledge that AI-assisted tools may produce variable results and that final decision-making remains the responsibility of the user.
Refunds Only for Full System Failure
Refunds are only available in cases where:
- The website or tool is completely non-functional
- The customer cannot access their purchased product or subscription
- The issue is caused by our system (not external factors such as browser settings, internet connection, or user error)
Verification Required
To approve a refund request based on non-functionality, we require:
- A description of the issue
- Screenshot or screen recording clearly showing the error
- Confirmation of the device and browser used
- Up to 3 business days for our technical team to verify the issue
- The customer allowing us an opportunity to resolve the problem first
If verified and unresolved, a refund will be issued.
Subscription Cancellations
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.
